The 3-day relationship reset is different from our other retreats. Why? - Because it involves the two of you! Book into our self-contained guest house for some couple time with a purpose.
Day 1 - Clear out the past
Day 1 is diving right into the deep end, with a full relationship mediation, guided by a trained facilitator. The process takes you deep into your conflicts and challenges and allows you to see and understand each other in a new way - listening each other into existence. Byron Katie says "we are nothing but each others' stories of each other" - deep, empathic listening will help you re-write that story. Relationship mediation is very similar to the type of mediation you might go through AFTER a relationship breakup - the idea is to not let it get that far. Natalie is a trained family mediator and brings the best coaching and intervention skills to the table to help you work through your differences. Finish the day with your very own 'letting go' ritual which you design together.
Day 2 - Design the future
Now that you are free of your old stories and looking at a clean slate - it's time to ask yourself what you actually really want! Today will be spent in individual reflection, dreaming into existence what you desire from your relationship - to then come together and create the relationship of your dreams. Set goals, commit and become deliberate about where you are going and how you'll get there - and get excited about your new life together.
Day 3 - Implement
Today you will have time to make the arrangements you need to make to ensure your new life together is going to stay on track. What do you need to book, arrange, re-arrange or purchase? Who needs to know and can support you in your new commitment to each other? Who do you need to involve? - Never leave the site of a decision without taking massive action. Today you are laying the foundations that will ensure that falling back into your old habits becomes impossible.
