Feel good any day

Life feels like a roller coaster - some days are great, some days are not. If you are finding that your emotions and mood dictate your day and level of success and impacting your progress towards the things you really want in life, this intervention is the reset you need. Maybe you've been dealing with depression or anxiety, without understanding why and nothing that seems to help - come for a 3 day intervention that will give you the tools and strategies to get your life back on track - for good. 

You'll leave: 
  • Feeling positive and re-energized
  • Confident about your ability to take charge of your emotions and make them work for you (instead of against you)
  • Free from past stress and struggle and excited about your future
  • With your very own self-care, self-love routine in place to tackle your every day in a completely new way

Day 1 - Break the pattern

In a 3 hr deep coaching intervention, understand the purpose your emotions have played in your life, release what has been holding you back and lay the foundations for a completely new way of living life. Natalie described her experience of this process as "having lived in a dark room all my life - and then someone came and turned on the light". Your life can change in a heart beat. This is it. Spend the rest of your day tying up loose ends and simply enjoying the feeling of lightness you haven't felt in so long. 

Day 2 - A new empowered you

Today we'll design your new emotional home. Learn how to create the emotions you want to feel - anytime you want or need. We may do some crazy sh*t - but we'll have a ton of fun with this and you'll love meeting this new you. Your afternoon may end in a quest, in a dinner for one, the world's smallest rave - or a relaxing bath. You'll know what it is you have to do. It's your space. 

Day 3 - Exit day

Your new emotional mastery will need a new home. We prepare for re-entry as your new self - planning, practicing, role playing and making sure that nothing out there is going to send you back to the habits you left behind. This new you will be bullet proof. 
​How does it work?

 All 'me time' retreat packages are add-ons to your favorite accommodation option at the Rabbithole.  Your guide is Natalie Hormann (of Natalie Hormann Coaching). 

What you'll get: 
  • minimum of 7 coaching / tuition hours (if you are booking for more than 1 person, some of these will be group sessions, deep coaching sessions are one on one)
  • all supporting materials
This retreat is self-catered. 

What you need to bring: 
  • Laptop
  • Clothing to be outdoors (weather appropriate)


Investment

Your investment for this three day immersion (excluding accommodation) is: 

1 person - NZD 700
each additional person: NZD 450

I recommend booking 5 nights accommodation to ensure you can make the most of your days, but early morning arrival and late departures on day 3 are also possible.
