Down the Rabbithole

There are times in life where it's good to pause, to take stock. Maybe you are changing jobs or careers, maybe you are starting a family - or leaving one. Maybe you have found or lost someone special. This 3 day deep dives gives you an opportunity to pause, to slow down and take a look at your life like you never have before. Going deep down the Rabbithole takes you to the Wonderland of your own experience and you never know what you will find. The deep dive gives you the opportunity to carefully sort your experience so far, decide what you keep and what you can let go of - and be ready for the next chapter.

  • Ready to move forward without burden

Day 1 - The Past

This is your story, the way you have never told it before. We identify and draw out themes in your life, rediscover truths you had forgotten and capture all that is meaningful so far in a way that leaves you feeling clear and satisfied.  

Day 2 - The Future

This is where you get to create your future. Going through a series of reflective and provocative questions, and informed by your discoveries from the previous day, you get to think in ways you never have before about what life means for you from here on in. You will be blown away what a single day, set aside for nothing else other than imagining your future, will bring. 

Day 3 - The Present

The funny thing is... The past and the future don't actually exist. Today, you will focus only on what is RIGHT NOW. Work on your presence, clean out your mental and emotional closet, create order where there's chaos - and maybe chaos where there is order. 
​How does it work?

 All 'me time' retreat packages are add-ons to your favorite accommodation option at the Rabbithole.  Your guide is Natalie Hormann (of Natalie Hormann Coaching). Me time retreats are a mix of coaching sessions and self-directed reflection. We will meet in the morning and again in the afternoon, with time in between for you to do deep work.

What you'll get: 
  • minimum of 8 coaching / tuition hours (if you are booking for more than 1 person, some of these will be group sessions, deep coaching sessions are one on one)
  • all supporting materials
This retreat is self-catered. 

What you need to bring: 
  • Laptop
  • Clothing to be outdoors (weather appropriate)


Investment

Your investment for this three day immersion (excluding accommodation) is: 

1 person - NZD 960
each additional person: NZD 450

I recommend booking 5 nights accommodation to ensure you can make the most of your days, but early morning arrival and late departures on day 3 are also possible.
